Return and Exchange Policies:
All Warranties, Returns and Exchanges must be pre-authorized by NothernItes Syndicate and issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) PRIOR to the return of merchandize.
Refunds will not include shipping charges or merchant fees applied by Credit Cards or Paypal.
All products are subject to the general terms and conditions as outlined in the Terms of Use.
We can only accept products for return if they are un-opened and returned it is within 14 days of purchase. Any signs of use or disruption of original packaging may negate their eligibility for return.

Be advised that it is preferable to ask any questions prior to ordering as once orders ship- there is nothing we can do from our end.
